Executive Team

Adebola Sheidu

Chairman

Founder and Chairman, Adebola is a graduate of Law and a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade’s construction experience in Nigeria.

He has served on the boards of several companies and has vast experience in all matters relating to turnkey real estate consultancy.

Adebola is also currently Executive Chairman, Luxury Heights and Towers Ltd.; Director, Check Inn Hotels (Nig.) Ltd; as well as Chairman, Legend Concepts and Konsults.

Umaru Aliyu

President

Founder and President of Brains & Hammers since 2007, Umaru has over 20 years experience in the construction industry.

He is a graduate of Business Administration [Ahmadu Bello Univeristy], and is also an alumnus of Webster University, USA from which he graduated with a Masters in Public Administration.

Umaru is also Founder and Chairman, Shelter Optimum Property Development Company, as well as Chairman, Check Inn Hotels (Nig.) Ltd.

Ibrahim Wushishi

Chief Operating Officer, Invest Homes

An alumnus of Staffordshire University, UK, Ibrahim brings to this position over 11 years of wide-ranging inter disciplinary experience in Nigeria’s real estate industry, as well as excellent skills in facilities management, administration, government relations, sales as well as business development.

Ifeoma Okoye

Executive Director, Business Development

Ifeoma is a professional with over 20 years experience in start-up operations across Human Capital Management, Real Estate Development and Management, Business strategy, Turnaround plans, process mapping and Business Re- engineering.

She holds a Masters of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Middlessex University Business school(UK). She is a chartered member of the chartered institute of personnel and development (M.C.I.P.D) and a member of the Chartered institute of Managers.

Ifeoma has a sound knowledge of real estate investment strategies and fund generation, with experience spanning developing sales, marketing communications and budget plans to implementing sound corporate governance structure for large corporates, SMEs in Nigeria and the UK.

Madhur Tripathi

Executive Director, Operations

Madhur brings over 20 years of extensive professional experience in construction - specializing in Quality Control. He supervises major civil and commercial infrastructure across Nigeria - including highway and expressway projects, major cross-drainage works and the preparation of quality control manuals.

He has a Masters (M.E) in Geotechnical Engineering from the Engineering College, Jodhpur University, Rajasthan, and is also a distinguished Member of the Indian Road Congress (IRC), a Member of The Institute of Engineers and a Member of The Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN).
