He is a lawyer with over 30 years of postcall-to-bar legal experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial, property, real estate, maritime, and shipping law practice. He has managed the transition of Brains and Hammers into a holding company structure. His professional career experience includes; Legal Counsel at Elf Petroleum, Legal Associate at Edewor and Company, Sole Proprietor and Principal of Abubakar Sheidu and Company, Director, Black Qural Concepts Limited. He is the Principal Partner at Chesterfield Partners.
