Our founder and Chairman, Adebola Sheidu, OON is a graduate of Law and a seasoned entrepreneur with over a decade’s construction experience in Nigeria. He has served on the boards of several companies and has vast experience in all matters relating to turnkey real estate consultancy. 

Adebola graduated from the department of Law at the University of Jos, Plateau State and has over ten (10) years of post-qualification experience. He  is also currently Executive Chairman, Luxury Heights and Towers Ltd.; Director, Check Inn Hotels (Nig.) Ltd; as well as Executive Director, Legend Concepts and Konsults, and was a consultant for Hawthorn Suite and Towers. He consults for Airtel Nigeria in their Site Acquisition and Lease Management Outsourcing.

Under his management, Brains & Hammers has maintained a high-quality standard in housing delivery that places it at the high end of Nigeria’s real estate market. 

Adebola Sheidu, OON has an ultimate goal; which is to ensure that each customer gets the best housing solution and is satisfied with what they get for their money. This has taken the housing delivery business in Nigeria to a new level that has ushered in a great deal of confidence and integrity.

His company has developed mega building projects in Abuja, Kano and Lagos. Some of the projects include Apo 1 to 5, 700 housing units at Galadimawa Games Village, 83 housing units at Gwarimpa, the development of Kano Economic City with over 10,000 shops, another mega project in Lagos is 117 housing units being developed for the cooperative society of major international oil companies across three hectares of land, to name a few.
