Adebola is also currently Executive Chairman, Luxury Heights and Towers Ltd.; Director, Check Inn Hotels (Nig.) Ltd; as well as Chairman, Legend Concepts and Konsults

Omo Osobase

Chief Operating Officer - Brains and Hammers Plus

Omo Osobase is the Chief Operating Officer of Brains and Hammers Plus. With over 14 years of combined banking and real estate business experience, the graduate of the University of Benin started his professional career as a graduate trainee at Access Bank before moving to Bank PHB. He later joined Aso Savings and Loans and rose to become a branch manager. Today, he is the champion of real estate investment by international oil and gas companies, telecommunications, and other blue-chip industries through their respective corporative unions.

Umaru Aliyu

Co-Founder and President

Umaru Aliyu is the Co-Founder and President of Brains & Hammers Limited.

Under his leadership, Brains & Hammers Limited has evolved to become one of Nigeria’s largest Real Estate Development companies with over 11,000 homes and 10 gated communities built since its inception in 2008. This is aside the company’s Kano Economic City (KEC) which upon completion will emerge one of West Africa’s largest economic Hubs, located in Kano State, Nigeria.

Abubakar Sheidu

Company Secretary

Barrister Abubakar Sheidu is our company secretary. He is a lawyer with over 30 years of postcall-to-bar legal experience in corporate mergers and acquisitions, commercial, property, real estate, maritime, and shipping law practice. He has managed the transition of Brains and Hammers into a holding company structure. His professional career experience includes; Legal Counsel at Elf Petroleum, Legal Associate at Edewor and Company, Sole Proprietor and Principal of Abubakar Sheidu and Company, Director, Black Qural Concepts Limited. He is the Principal Partner at Chesterfield Partners.

Christine Fashakin-Nobre

Group Chief Operating Officer

Christine Fashakin-Nobre is our Group Chief Operating Officer. She holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems Development from the London School of Economics (LSE) and has over 20 years of experience across various sectors including, FMCG, Telecoms, and Consulting. She is the arrowhead of the ongoing transformation across all aspects of our business and overseas the activities of all Strategic Business Units within the organization.
